How to Cook

1) Remove your pack of “pROTIenn” from the fridge

2) Thaw your wraps for about 5 mins.

3) Now on a heated pan put the wraps and cook them on both the sides evenly.

4) Now enjoy 21gms protein with delicious taste.

5) Tastes best when eaten immediately after heating.
